💼 About This Role

You'll provide technical support for UpGuard's cybersecurity platform, helping customers and the global community succeed. You'll analyze and remediate security risks, escalating issues across teams. This role offers the chance to work remotely with a fast-growing company defining the cyber risk management category.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical support to customers and community globally.
• Manage ticket escalations with security and engineering teams.
• Update and maintain internal and external knowledge bases.
• Analyze and remediate risks in the community's attack surface.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of technical support experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish (business proficiency).
• Experience with Linux command line.
• Understanding of Nmap, Curl, HTTP, DNS, SSL/TLS.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CRMs, Hubspot, Asana, Notion.
• Knowledge of network security and risk remediation.
