You'll own the end-to-end design experience for a consumer health platform that translates biomarker data into personalized guidance. You'll build the design practice from the ground up and shape what gets built. As a foundational hire, you'll drive product direction while working closely with engineering and clinical stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end product design lifecycle for mobile apps (iOS/Android)
• Build and evolve a scalable design system across platforms
• Conduct and synthesize user research in health contexts
• Translate complex biomarker data into intuitive experiences

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience
• Experience designing consumer healthcare or health tech products
• Proven experience building or scaling design systems from early stages
• Strong product thinking connecting user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

• Experience as a founding or first designer at an early-stage startup
• Background in data visualization for biosensors or wearables
