Requirements

  • 8+ years in customer engineering, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
  • 3+ years managing a technical team
  • Strong understanding of modern data pipelines, ETL/ELT patterns, and data integration architectures
  • High proficiency in SQL (2+ years)
  • Experience with relational databases and data-driven systems

Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 5+ Customer Engineers
  • Own quality bar for customer implementations and technical support; track KPIs on timelines, data accuracy, satisfaction, and resolution
  • Design scalable processes for implementations from data integration through go-live
  • Serve as senior technical escalation point for complex customer issues
  • Drive architectural decisions to improve operational effectiveness
