You will lead a team of customer engineers, own technical delivery for biopharma implementations, and drive process improvements to ensure high-quality client outcomes. This role involves hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and occasional travel.
Requirements
- 8+ years in customer engineering, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
- 3+ years managing a technical team
- Strong understanding of modern data pipelines, ETL/ELT patterns, and data integration architectures
- High proficiency in SQL (2+ years)
- Experience with relational databases and data-driven systems
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 5+ Customer Engineers
- Own quality bar for customer implementations and technical support; track KPIs on timelines, data accuracy, satisfaction, and resolution
- Design scalable processes for implementations from data integration through go-live
- Serve as senior technical escalation point for complex customer issues
- Drive architectural decisions to improve operational effectiveness
