You'll own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing, growing revenue and building relationships. This role offers autonomy like running your own business with a supportive team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the full sales process from outreach to close
• Manage pipeline and monthly recurring revenue for your region
• Consultatively sell to physicians' needs and challenges
• Track performance using Salesforce data for strategy

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience, ideally field or B2B
• Proven cold outreach and pitching skills
• Fluent German (C1 or higher) communication
• Driver's license (class B) for on-site visits
