💼 About This Role

You'll lead user research for Woven City, Toyota's living lab for future mobility, shaping products and services for residents and visitors. Your insights will drive data-driven decisions across UX, design, and engineering teams. This role offers the chance to build a research culture from the ground up in a unique cross-functional environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies for products and services.
• Deliver actionable insights to influence design, development, and strategic decisions.
• Advocate for user needs and strengthen a user-centered culture across teams.
• Own complex research projects, streamline operations, and adapt methods to constraints.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of UX research or marketing research experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HCI, or related field.
• Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research for digital/physical products.
• English business level and Japanese native level.

• Graduate degree in Human-Computer Interaction or related field.
• Experience in startup or automotive/IT product development.
• Native-level English skill.
