You'll serve as the payments subject matter expert on our Support team, analyzing and resolving complex payment and software issues.   • Provide guidance and support to clients over phone and email
  • Proactively investigate and resolve cases while collaborating with team members
  • Collaborate with product or engineering to troubleshoot and triage issues
  • Serve as subject matter expert for payments ecosystem and lifecycle

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of product support in a payments-related role
  • Experience with credit card processing
  • Previous merchant service, banking, or financial experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
