💼 About This Role

You'll provide wraparound pregnancy and postpartum care as part of a team of doulas building sustainable careers in maternal health. You'll promote health equity and patient safety through in-person advocacy and support before, during, and after childbirth. This role offers full-time salary and benefits instead of gig work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Attend childbirths and L&D procedures in person
• Provide continuous bedside childbirth doula support
• Conduct prenatal and postpartum doula appointments
• Coordinate with care team and escalate concerns

📋 Requirements

• Experience with birth doula and postpartum doula standards
• Ability to provide support across diverse populations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and EHRs
