Description

You will be responsible for the day-to-day setup, operation, and maintenance of audiovisual equipment, providing technical assistance for meetings, executive presentations, and corporate events to ensure reliable and user-friendly AV infrastructure.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in AV Technology, Media Production, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-3 years of experience supporting AV systems and live events
• Knowledge of AV technologies including Q-sys, Extron, Biamp, and Crestron
• Experience with UCC Platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet
• Understanding of Networked AV protocols such as Dante, AVover IP and NDI

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for AV infrastructure issues
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Conference Rooms and event space systems
• Set up, test, and operate AV equipment for meetings, conferences, presentations, and events
• Manage AV-related tickets and the AV calendar
• Assist with installation and configuration of AV equipment
