You'll guide customers in maximizing platform adoption and uncover growth opportunities to ensure long-term satisfaction. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop trusted relationships with decision makers to understand strategic goals.
• Create and execute customer goals using the BrightEdge platform.
• Identify risk and collaborate to ensure customer happiness.
• Prepare and execute quarterly customer success plans.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of direct customer facing experience.
• Experience managing a book of business and identifying renewal opportunities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
