Description

You will serve as the technical counterpart to the sales team, assisting in sales meetings, scoping client requirements, and running product demonstrations. You'll also provide product knowledge support and help shape integrations for eCommerce systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or related
• At least 3 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, or sales engineering
• Prior experience with an ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
• Experience administering multichannel eCommerce environments (Shopify, Magento, Amazon)
• Understanding of integration technologies (SOAP, REST, EDI, APIs, Web Services)

Responsibilities

• Assist in sales meetings and scope client requirements
• Run product demonstrations
• Develop sales enablement collateral and presentations
• Be the voice of the customer internally to shape products
• Provide feedback to Product Engineering on trends and enhancements
