💼 About This Role

You'll lead the development and improvement of predictive models that power our insurance marketplace's recommendation engine. Your work will directly impact revenue optimization by matching users with the best offers. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and business teams in a remote-first environment at a profitable Series A startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Engineering and Business to integrate models into recommendation engine
• Own the full lifecycle of yield optimization models from ideation to iteration
• Evaluate model accuracy to improve revenue and conversion KPIs
• Interface with external partners to align model performance with goals

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of Data Science experience implementing predictive models
• End-to-end ownership of predictive models in production
• Expert SQL proficiency for data sourcing and wrangling
• Experience with recommendation systems, ad tech, or yield optimization

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ML platforms like DataRobot
• Background in Ad Tech or Insurtech
