Requirements

• Active independent or associate license in Tennessee (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.)
• Master's degree in mental health or related field
• Experience with youth and young adults
• Proficiency in DBT, CBT, and other evidence-based practices
• Availability for evening and Saturday shifts (full-time)

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual individual and group therapy to teens and young adults
• Integrate multiple therapeutic modalities (e.g., DBT, CBT)
• Collaborate in case discussions with other clinicians
• Maintain predictable weekly schedules and steady caseloads
• Deliver accessible care to underserved communities
