You'll provide front desk and sales support in a dynamic fitness studio, bringing our CORE client experience to life. You'll handle scheduling, retail operations, and client communications while helping maintain a clean, welcoming environment. This role offers $12/hour plus sales commission and free drop-in classes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Welcome clients warmly and use their names.
• Schedule, cancel, and rebook classes for clients.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and address maintenance issues.
• Achieve monthly sales quota through client follow-ups.
• Celebrate client milestones with the team.

📋 Requirements

• High school education required, some college preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through studio.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends.
• 1 year sales experience preferred.

• Experience with MBO software.
• Passion for fitness and wellness.
• Strong organizational skills.
