💼 About This Role

You'll lead a high-performance fulfilment site, owning safety, quality, and cost through Lean programs and 6S standards. You'll develop Operations Managers and Supervisors, driving KPIs like retention, delivery capacity, and UPH. This role offers the autonomy to shape site culture and a competitive benefits package in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take responsibility for weekly, period, and annual site performance.
• Build a high-performance culture supporting teams.
• Coach Operations Managers and Supervisors to strengthen leadership.
• Deliver results on retention, perfect deliveries, UPH, and cost.
• Handle critical incidents and ensure operational continuity.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years operations experience with large multi-shift teams.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build high-performing teams.
• Experience driving Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
