🎯 What You'll Do

• Source residential properties through prospecting, research, and inbound leads
• Analyze properties to determine investment value (ARV, repair costs, comps)
• Negotiate and secure purchase contracts with sellers
• Collaborate with Sales Agents to ensure fast, efficient transactions

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in residential real estate, wholesaling, or fix-and-flip
• Active real estate license or willingness to obtain
• Comfortable making fast, data-driven decisions
• High level of personal accountability and self-direction
