💼 About This Role

You'll lead the global workplace strategy and employee experience across 15+ offices in NORAM, EMEA, and APAC. Reporting to the Chief People and Places Officer, you'll architect global workplace standards that ensure a seamless, high-performance environment. You'll manage the intersection of culture, productivity, and physical space while leading a global team of four.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a global team of four across multiple time zones.
• Translate global workplace strategy into operational roadmaps for 15+ offices.
• Develop and enforce global SOPs for facilities, security, and guest management.
• Oversee workplace tech stack, including occupancy tools and JIRA workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Workplace Management or Facilities.
• 3+ years in a regional or global leadership capacity.
• Experience managing distributed teams across NORAM, EMEA, and APAC.
• Advanced proficiency in workplace SaaS and Google Workspace.
