You'll design and implement automated validation frameworks to ensure data integrity for a Federal S/4HANA migration. Your work will reconcile transformed data against legacy sources and deliver readiness dashboards that track go-live status. This role offers direct stakeholder engagement and the chance to shape data quality for a large-scale transformation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement automated data validation frameworks
• Reconcile transformed data against legacy sources
• Develop dashboards and readiness metrics for migration status
• Support UAT planning, execution, and stakeholder reviews

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP Data Migration experience
• Experience with ECC to S/4HANA migration projects using tools like SNP CrystalBridge or SAP DMLT
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SAP Public Sector Finance / Funds Management, Defense Security, and Logistics data
• Experience with S/4HANA preferred
• Relevant SAP certifications
