You'll manage employment litigation claims including wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, and PAGA matters for iHerb's in-house legal team. Your core impact will be advising HR and business teams on workplace risk mitigation and employment practices. This role offers exposure to e-commerce industry legal challenges and multi-state employment issues.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage employment-related claims and litigation
• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and settlement agreements
• Advise HR on employee relations and risk mitigation
• Coordinate with outside counsel on litigation matters

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of litigation experience focusing on employment law
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
