You'll manage high-volume inquiries and identify fraud triggers with a focus on operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage high volumes of inquiries within Intercom.
• Review sign-up, login, and transaction fraud triggers.
• Conduct investigations into suspicious activity and payments.
• Process global data deletion requests.

📋 Requirements

• Trust & Safety or Risk Operations experience (1-2 years).
• Strong analytical skills and emotional resilience.
• Exceptional written communication with objectivity.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets for data review.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Stripe or Intercom (or similar).
• Prior use of Forter or Sift fraud detection tools.
• Experience handling marketplace-specific disputes.
