Description

You will lead a team of engineers building AI-driven applications for security alert triage, incident investigation, and response automation. You'll collaborate with AI researchers, security experts, and product managers to bring complex ideas to life, while driving engineering excellence and team growth. This role offers hands-on AI experience in transforming how security teams operate.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of engineering leadership experience in high-growth or startup environments
• Strong technical foundation as an individual contributor (IC), ideally with prior work in distributed systems, ML pipelines, or real-time data processing
• Experience collaborating closely with AI/ML teams or working on AI products
• Ability to manage and grow a high-performing team while staying close to the code when needed
• Passion for building complex systems that drive meaningful impact
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfort with hybrid work — this role requires being in our Pleasanton office 3x/week
