Requirements

• Completed HBO or WO degree
• Ambitious and goal-driven
• Social, customer-oriented, and proactive
• Fluent in Dutch (minimum C1 level)
• Available at least 32 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate interviews and understand their ambitions
• Act quickly, take initiative, and spot opportunities
• Guide candidates until their first working day
• Collaborate with the team to distribute work and achieve results
• Close first placements
