You'll act as the key operational and relational point of contact for EMEA-based clients, ensuring creative briefs are accurately captured and production workflows are efficiently managed. Core impact is delivering high-quality creative assets through hands-on oversight and client-facing responsibility. This role combines delivery oversight with account growth initiatives in a fast-paced international environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end brief intake and ensure alignment with scope.
- Translate client briefs into workflows and coordinate with teams.
- Act as main liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Perform quality assurance on deliverables before client delivery.
๐ Requirements
- Fluency in German with ability to review German-language assets.
- Strong experience in client services or project management in digital/creative.
- Excellent attention to detail with commitment to quality assurance.
- Ability to manage high-volume workflows in process-driven environment.

- Experience with Opal, Lytho, Google Drive, or SharePoint.
- Familiarity with digital marketing formats and production workflows.
- Confidence in client-facing meetings and status updates.
