🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across different clients.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source, screen, and engage top global talent using creative strategies.
• Build and manage talent pipelines using modern ATS tools.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years recruiting senior-level technical roles
• Proven success recruiting for startups or high-growth tech companies
• Deep understanding of tech landscape (engineering, data, product)
• Fluent in English (mandatory)

✨ Nice to Have

• Portuguese or Spanish language skills
• Experience with multiple clients and geographies
