💼 About This Role

You'll join Replit's Infrastructure Engineering team to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of a platform serving millions of developers. You will proactively find and analyze reliability problems, then design and implement software and systems to address them, building robust monitoring and automation. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge infrastructure at scale and contribute to democratizing software development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive automation and infrastructure as code using Terraform or Pulumi.
• Collaborate on performance tuning and optimizing cloud deployments.
• Design improvements to build, test, and deployment systems.
• Debug and harden systems across the entire stack.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in Site Reliability Engineering or similar roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Go.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform services.
• Knowledge of modern observability platforms like Prometheus.
• Experience with Go and Terraform.
