Description

As a Regional People Partner, you will own the employee lifecycle across Spain, Italy, and Portugal, partnering with General Managers and the central People Team to foster an engaging, high-performance culture. You'll drive People Operations, employee relations, and strategic initiatives to enable talent to do their best work.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in People Partner or HR Operations role with multi-country responsibility
• Strong knowledge of employment law in at least 2 of Spain, Italy, Portugal
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese at C1 level
• High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data
• Proactive, autonomous, solution-oriented with strong stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, contract changes, leaves, exits
• Serve as primary point of contact for People topics and resolve queries
• Maintain data accuracy in HRIS (Personio) and support payroll
• Partner with leaders on organizational design, talent planning, and performance reviews
• Handle employee relations cases and ensure compliance with employment laws
