🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage complex calendars and prioritize meetings for SLT members.
- Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-ups for leadership meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports.
- Oversee office supplies, facilities, and on-site events.
📋 Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in executive support or administrative operations.
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (calendar, email, documents).
