🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage complex calendars and prioritize meetings for SLT members.
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-ups for leadership meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports.
  • Oversee office supplies, facilities, and on-site events.

📋 Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in executive support or administrative operations.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (calendar, email, documents).
