You'll manage global numbering resources for Vonage's cloud communications platform, ensuring availability, regulatory compliance, and efficient lifecycle management. Your work directly impacts customer experience and operational scale across multiple countries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end number provisioning and KYC verification
• Execute number porting projects and handle escalations
• Maintain and cleanse number inventory for accuracy
• Troubleshoot number reachability and SIP signaling issues

📋 Requirements

• Proven background in Telecoms or CCaaS handling number provisioning and/or LNP
• Familiarity with SIP, VoIP, and legacy PSTN
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets
• Experience with ticketing/CRM systems like Jira, Zendesk, or Salesforce

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, or Kibana
• Experience in regulatory compliance audits
• Automation and optimization project experience
