💼 About This Role

You'll work 1:1 with children with autism to teach behavioral, social, and daily living skills using play-filled, research-based methods. You'll follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs and track progress in Central Reach data system. MeBe offers paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and ongoing mentorship.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in 1:1 setting
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record client progress in Central Reach data system
• Assist with lunch breaks, bathroom breaks, and diaper changing

📋 Requirements

• Consistent availability Monday through Friday
• At least 18 years old with valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to frequently bend, lift up to 50 lbs, squat, sit, stand, or run
• Must obtain RBT/CBT certification within 60 days of employment

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT or CBT certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience working with children with autism
