You'll drive an integrated design process from concept through delivery for high-performance learning environments. This role offers mentorship from senior leaders and support for professional development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design ideation with clients and project teams.
• Drive integrated design process engaging all disciplines.
• Develop conceptual and schematic design solutions.
• Facilitate and present design concepts for client approval.
• Mentor and guide design team members.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design.
• 10+ years of experience across all phases of architectural/interior projects.
• Licensed Architect or Certified Interior Designer.
• Proficiency in Revit.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Rhino.
• LEED accreditation or knowledge of sustainable design principles.
