You'll lead data privacy legal matters for the Americas at a global fintech company. You'll shape AI governance strategy and design scalable compliance programs for US and international regulations. This role offers high visibility and impact in a fast-growing company valued at $8B.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as lead data and privacy counsel for the US and Americas region
• Spearhead AI governance development and implementation globally
• Develop and execute privacy compliance programs for the Americas
• Draft and negotiate complex data protection terms with partners
• Coordinate international data flows and transfer mechanisms

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership
• 8+ years of experience in data privacy law
• Expertise in US privacy laws (GLBA, FCRA, CCPA/CPRA)
• Experience with AI governance frameworks and regulations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech or financial services
• Familiarity with international data transfer mechanisms (SCCs)
• Knowledge of Canadian and South American privacy laws
