You'll manage a territory for EquipmentShare, building relationships with contractors to expand our customer base. You'll drive sales strategy from forecasting to contract negotiation, leveraging our T3 technology platform. This role offers uncapped commission and a base salary plus vehicle allowance.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage territory and execute sales strategy.
- Develop new business and expand existing accounts.
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective customers.
- Maintain and nurture customer relationships for satisfaction.
๐ Requirements
- Proven outside sales track record.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance.
- Experience in B2B sales (construction/rental preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
