Description

You will lead the development of talent search strategies, coach senior executives on sourcing senior talent, and use data-driven insights to improve hiring outcomes at Canonical. You'll work in a global, remote-first environment, conducting behavioral interviews and driving diversity and inclusion in hiring.

Requirements

• Professional experience headhunting from executive search firm or in-house function in Technology industry
• Strong analytical skills with SQL or Python proficiency
• Experience conducting behavioral, competency-based interviews
• Exceptional academic background in Psychology or related field with strong math skills
• Willingness to travel 2-4 times per year for up to two weeks
