You'll work directly with government customers to build modern, AI-native software that replaces legacy systems. Your core impact will be translating real-world workflows into polished, scalable solutions while leveraging AI tooling to accelerate development and iteration cycles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement full-stack features using React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node, Postgres
• Scope ambiguous customer problems and translate them into buildable engineering work
• Prototype rapidly and iterate based on direct user feedback
• Collaborate with product, design, and deployment teams to unblock issues

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience working directly with customers
• Experience building full-stack applications with React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and Postgres
• Ability to translate customer workflows into technical solutions
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in civic tech, public sector deployments, or forward-deployed engineering
• Built AI-enhanced workflows or used AI agents extensively for development
• Led customer-facing implementations or integrations in complex environments
