💼 About This Role

You'll lead the AI Platform DevOps team at Coupa, shaping how engineers build, test, and ship AI-driven enterprise software. You'll manage delivery, coordinate with US and India teams, and ensure reliability, scalability, and automation of AI platform services. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and mentor a global team of AI platform DevOps engineers
• Own sprint planning, delivery cadence, and progress reporting
• Ensure technical quality through code reviews and engineering standards
• Define long-term roadmap and drive release planning and execution

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of agile team management experience as Engineering Manager
• 10+ years of engineering experience
• Experience building enterprise AI/ML platforms with focus on resiliency and automation
• Experience with AWS core & AI services (S3, IAM, EKS, Bedrock) and Kubernetes

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM deployment (OpenAI, Bedrock, SageMaker) and vector databases
• Exposure to RAG, MCP servers, AI Agents, LangChain
• Experience managing distributed teams across US-India time zones
