💼 About This Role

You'll own and build AI-driven workflow systems for media production at an EdTech scale-up. Your work will turn fragmented processes into production-ready systems with clear impact on day-to-day creation of educational content. This role combines a strong creative eye with scalable AI systems to bring educational media to life.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build end-to-end AI-driven media workflows
• Translate creative intent into structured production pipelines
• Embed evaluation logic and quality gates into workflows
• Optimize, troubleshoot, and scale production workflows
• Own operational media processes including asset management

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience designing end-to-end AI workflow systems (e.g. n8n, APIs)
• Advanced AI systems fluency including troubleshooting and optimization
• Strong hands-on multimedia production experience (graphic design, video, animation)
• Experience implementing evaluation logic or rubric-based systems in workflows
