💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients in Johnson County. You'll perform evaluations and develop care plans to promote independence and safety. This role offers flexible scheduling and the support of a multi-disciplinary team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform functional evaluations of patients' status including ADLs and IADLs.
• Develop individualized intervention plans to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and activities.
• Document patient care using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.

📋 Requirements

• Current Indiana Occupational Therapist license.
• Minimum one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
