💼 About This Role

You'll provide litigation and administrative support to United States Attorneys in the Monetary Penalties Unit. Your core impact will be managing collections, drafting legal documents, and preparing trial materials. This role offers the chance to contribute to government innovation with cutting-edge technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collect court-ordered restitutions and fines from defendants.
• Draft and file legal documents using ECF system.
• Prepare garnishments, liens, and subpoenas for collection.
• Manage collection activity in internal database.

📋 Requirements

• Paralegal certificate, JD, or one year of ABA law school.
• One year of litigation paralegal experience.
• Basic legal research skills using LEXIS and Westlaw.
• Hands-on familiarity with word processing, databases, and spreadsheets.

• Trial experience.
• Automated litigation support experience.
• Knowledge of eDiscovery procedures.
