🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL and BI tools
• Write ad-hoc SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
• Deliver timely ad-hoc reporting requests to stakeholders
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights and communicate findings

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis
• Intermediate SQL and PL/SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel for data manipulation and reporting
• Familiarity with BI visualization tools like Tableau or QuickSight

✨ Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of operational KPIs such as SLA, AHT, CSAT
• Experience with data modeling concepts
