- Professional Workspace Administrator Certification
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary technical escalation point for L2 Google Workspace queries
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex user issues
- Analyze ticket data and propose process improvements
- Write and maintain technical documentation
- Handle advanced data management tasks
