  • Professional Workspace Administrator Certification
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary technical escalation point for L2 Google Workspace queries
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex user issues
  • Analyze ticket data and propose process improvements
  • Write and maintain technical documentation
