🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage enterprise exclusion screening for employees, contractors, and vendors.
• Review and adjudicate screening results using compliance platforms.
• Support vendor compliance and third-party risk management activities.
• Coordinate audit-ready documentation for CMS and state audits.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in healthcare compliance or related regulatory functions.
• Strong understanding of CMS regulations and OIG requirements.
• Experience supporting CMS, Medicaid, or Medicare audits.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare compliance or related field.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AuditBoard or similar GRC platform.
• Familiarity with Certiphi, LexisNexis, or equivalent screening tools.
• Process improvement mindset and workflow automation experience.
