Description

You will lead the engineering group driving Brex's growth engine, managing teams that build Salesforce, GTM applications, and the marketing website. You'll partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into engineering priorities and integrate AI-native solutions into sales and marketing systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years software engineering experience, 3+ years managing multiple technical teams in high-growth environment
• 3+ years progressive Salesforce development and architecture experience
• Deep expertise in Salesforce platform including Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, platform APIs
• Experience architecting integrations between Salesforce and GTM tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams of product engineers and Salesforce admins/developers
• Drive architectural vision and technical roadmap for Salesforce, GTM apps, and marketing website
• Champion AI-native solutions in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and CX systems
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize engineering backlog and business metrics
• Establish engineering best practices for Salesforce ecosystem and GTM systems
