You'll provide home health visits to clients in Nash, Edgecombe, and Wilson counties as part of a multi-disciplinary care team. Your work ensures clients can safely remain at home with independence and dignity. This role offers flexible scheduling with part-time or per diem options.

• Provide occupational therapy visits in home health setting

📋 Requirements

• Licensed as Occupational Therapy Assistant in North Carolina
• Graduated from an accredited occupational therapy curriculum
• One year of work experience under supervision of qualified OT
