💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the lead technical bridge between modular data centers and the AI compute they power at Crusoe. You'll ensure every Spark unit is a synchronized "region in a box" for demanding AI workloads. This role offers a chance to shape next-gen liquid-cooled architectures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Integrate electrical, thermal, mechanical, and networking systems for Spark MDC
• Collaborate on power architecture including site one-line diagrams and backup systems
• Partner with networking team to standardize leaf/spine switch deployment and fiber management
• Support engineering transition from air-cooled to liquid-cooled architectures

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in systems engineering or data center design
• Deep understanding of medium-voltage power distribution and industrial-scale cooling
• Practical knowledge of high-speed networking topologies (InfiniBand/RoCE) for GPU clusters
• Knowledge of UL/CE listing processes and NEC requirements for modular equipment

• Experience with liquid-cooled (DLC) systems transition
• Experience in environments where hardware and software are co-developed
