You'll conduct assessments and develop ABA treatment plans for clients, supervising RBTs and evaluating progress. You'll enjoy full admin support and autonomy with lower caseloads and stable staff. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
• Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise, train, and support RBTs in treatment implementation
• Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans

📋 Requirements

• Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master's degree
• Must live in Georgia
• Fluent in Spanish
