You'll drive growth across a portfolio of mid-market customer accounts, owning the full lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion. You'll deliver quarterly revenue targets and identify upsell opportunities within your book of business. This role combines sales, relationship management, and strategic account planning.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets across commercial accounts
  • Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
  • Develop and maintain account plans for key customers
  • Deliver accurate pipeline forecasts and reporting

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in SaaS sales or account management
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience engaging mid-level stakeholders (Directors, VPs)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with high-volume account portfolio management
  • Familiarity with Showpad or similar revenue enablement platforms
