You'll oversee day-to-day accounting operations with a focus on wholesale receivables and accounts payable. Your work will directly support monthly close processes and year-end audits in a high-growth startup. You'll also help build out accounting controls and processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage credit and collections processes
• Send invoices and reconcile differences
• Process accounts payable and related journal entries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on invoice discrepancies

📋 Requirements

• 0-3 years experience in in-house or public accounting
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Proficient in Excel and ability to learn NetSuite
• Comfort calling external parties regarding collections

• Exposure to NetSuite or other general ledger package
• Customer-facing role with collections experience
