💼 About This Role

You'll lead Unity Advisory's Financial Due Diligence and Value Creation practice, building a differentiated FDD platform powered by AI. You'll drive client relationships, originate and execute engagements, and scale the practice in a challenger firm environment. This hybrid leadership role offers the opportunity to build one of the most forward-thinking FDD practices in the market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Originate and lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements.
• Partner with Private Equity clients to provide board-level deal insights.
• Drive post-deal value creation strategies and operational improvements.
• Leverage AI and data analytics to create innovative client solutions.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years in Financial Due Diligence/Transaction Services.
• Proven track record of originating and delivering large, complex transactions.
• Extensive experience with Private Equity clients and portfolio companies.
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) highly preferred.
