Description

You will lead a team of Product Managers to shape the supply-side capabilities of GetYourGuide's marketplace, including pricing, availability, and supplier connectivity. You'll set the product vision and strategy, partner with cross-functional leaders, and ensure suppliers can grow while strengthening marketplace performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years product management experience, including 3+ years leading Product Managers
• Strong experience with pricing in marketplace or e-commerce environment
• Experience with availability or inventory-related domains
• Strategic mindset balancing commercial goals, technical constraints, and long-term platform health
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own product vision and strategy for supply-side capabilities (pricing, availability, connectivity)
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers
• Set direction for supply-side platforms to enable effective pricing and seamless integration
• Translate commercial objectives into product strategy in partnership with Commercial and Supply leaders
• Represent supply product domain at senior level across multiple functions
