You'll manage contract lifecycle and provide legal research support for a lean legal affairs team. You'll own legal documentation, tools, and compliance monitoring to empower independent restaurants. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage contract requests via Ramp and IronClad, maintain repository, and train stakeholders.
• Research legal issues such as data privacy and marketplace facilitator regulations.
• Review and process NDAs for attorney sign-off.
• Serve as first filter for employee legal inquiries.

📋 Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal or equivalent role.
• Experience with legal tech tools like CLM and procurement.
• Knowledge of legal principles and processes.
• Experience with legal and compliance monitoring.
