💼 About This Role

You'll oversee the administration and optimization of billing and cash application stack for a leading agentic AI platform. You'll ensure applications run efficiently and securely while supporting cross-functional teams. This role offers deep exposure to Zuora Billing and CPQ.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee configuration and management of enterprise applications.
• Upgrade software and fix issues autonomously for owned applications.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex application issues.
• Create and maintain documentation for applications and workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as Applications Administrator or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing, Salesforce CPQ, and HighRadius.
• Familiarity with quote-to-cash process including invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Strong knowledge of application workflows and identity management.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP Billing and/or Zuora Revenue.
• Basic scripting skills (SQL, JavaScript, HTML, Apex).
